Vern and I last year made one of the best decisions we could have made. That decision was to have CMI build our new home. We chose to build with CMI because for the first time when meeting with a builder we felt that “COY” truly listened to our needs and wishes and that never changed through out the entire process. Our Home Is Beautiful!
In 2014 we built our dream home with Coy Mullenix and CMI Construction and we had an excellent experience. From the first question to the very last detail Coy is attentive, honest, passionate, and always present to help along the way. One of the big fears in building a house is the cost and where the money goes but from the first dollar Coy was open, honest and transparent with the expenses. We moved in last year and Coy is still as available and helpful today as our first meeting to discuss building our home. Our home is beautiful and we have Coy and the team at CMI to thank for their hard work and dedication to making sure our dreams came true.

We were looking for a new home in 2014 to purchase and met Coy in October of 2014 while we were looking at homes in Millstadt, IL. We were interested in a home being built by CMI Construction and were impressed with the exterior appearance and quality. Upon our first phone call to Coy about the home, he had no idea who we were and we had not met him yet as well. Coy gave us the code to the lock on the home and told us to go on in and look around and call him back if we liked what we saw. We did just that and were very impressed with the attention to detail of construction, design, appearance, colors, flooring and thought that went into the inside and outside of the home….

We highly recommend CMI builders! They are very professional and honest. Coy had us moved in our new home when he said we should be in. He guided us all the way through the building process from beginning to end. From floors, brick, doors, sinks, granite, door jams etc. he told us where to go and who to see. Everyone has been so helpful and nice! Thank you Coy and CMI builders! We LOVE our new house!
