We met with several builders with our plans in hand when deciding who we would trust to build us our dream home. When we met with Coy at his own home (for over two hours), we knew he was the one we wanted! Choosing CMI Construction was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Coy took us step by step through the whole building process, explained any bumps in the road during construction and how he overcome them. Oh, the “Golden Shovel” for the ground breaking was a nice touch too. The home constantly gets compliments from visitors/neighbors alike, and while it isn’t the smallest home in the area, it is one of the most energy efficient in the whole county. If we had a question after moving in, we always got a call back with an answer. We will definitely use CMI Construction for our next project!
