We interviewed a handful of builders and toured many homes. We chose CMI based on testimonials, CMIs open book policy, and Coy’s availability to answer many of our questions prior to our final decision. Now that our home is finished and we worked with Coy and his team, we discovered an operation that held themselves to the highest work ethic, honesty, and ability to explain every aspect of the process in a language we could understand.
