We were looking for a new home in 2014 to purchase and met Coy in October of 2014 while we were looking at homes in Millstadt, IL. We were interested in a home being built by CMI Construction and were impressed with the exterior appearance and quality. Upon our first phone call to Coy about the home, he had no idea who we were and we had not met him yet as well. Coy gave us the code to the lock on the home and told us to go on in and look around and call him back if we liked what we saw. We did just that and were very impressed with the attention to detail of construction, design, appearance, colors, flooring and thought that went into the inside and outside of the home….
