Our best selling floor plans can accommodate your project or we can modify the plans to fit your needs.  We can also build off of your existing plans.  We have an on staff architect that can draw up your dream home.

What is your preferred start time or completion time?

We can start your home in any season of the year (weather permitting during winter months).

What will my home cost?

CMI Construction is the most transparent builder when it comes to project pricing and costs.  We will do a construction cost breakdown for every dollar spent on your project including our profit and overhead.
